SB 174
We oppose this bill, which awaits the governor's signatiure, initiating an animal abuse offender list because it suspiciously has the earmarks of another registry, and without a doubt will not prevent animal abuse or reduce levels of reoffending.
HA 4 to HS 1 for HB 113
We oppose this bill, which died on the ready list, intending to deny the state's portion of pension or diability benfits from state employees convicted of various crimes against children.
HB 75
We oppose this bill, which died in committee, proposing the elimination of a prior civil statute of limitations for victims of child sexual abuse to file suit against their abusers. This is intended to apply retroactively.

We supported and celebrate the passage of this legislation, which provides a pathway for those adjudicated as juveniles to be placed on a lesser tier or removed from the registry. PASSED, signed into law
