DARSOL in Action!
DARSOL worked doggedly behind the scenes, relentlessly pushing the state to change drivers license designations for all Delaware PFRs. Gone are the shaming inaccurate labels! We celebrate this meaningful victory with gratitude to our partners in NARSOL and the Delaware ACLU.
All Delaware PFRs driver's license holders no longer are compelled to have the words " Sex Offender" on their license. All state DMV centers can provide the update for approximately $20.*
